Payment Options 

To make payments as painless as possible we have the following options of payment:

1. BACS - Bank Transfer - No Fee

2. Credit Card - Most major credit cards accepted apart from American Express - 5% service charge.

Unfortunately we no longer take cheque as payment.

Payment policy

Pane in the sash request a deposit in order for works to be booked into the workshop and or onsite. Work will not take place until a deposit is taken. By paying your deposit you agree to our payment terms and conditions.

Payment Terms & Conditions

Upon completion of works invoices are due. Late payments can incur charges of 2% each day until the balance is paid.

We are a small family business who are not in the position to bank roll or give credit. Pane in the Sash work with a debt recovery agency that will work for us to collect debts that are over 14 days past due.
