Terms of Service guarantee

Pane in the Sash offer a 3 year guarantee* on the craftsmanship of new/replacement windows.

We recommend the re-decoration of wooden windows every 3 years to keep water and environmental impacts out. If new windows are not decorated at the time of fitting, the windows cannot be guaranteed, as environmental impacts can have an effect on the window which is out of our control. It is recommended that windows are decorated as soon as fitting is completed by a sash/wooden window decorator.
